This notice describes the Pebblesoft Apps website and email support, operated by Jose Herrerias. It is separate from the privacy policy for each app.
Website visits
This site has no account registration, advertising, contact forms, or third-party analytics scripts. Its pages do not set tracking cookies or store information in your browser.
The website is hosted by Netlify. Like other hosting providers, Netlify processes technical request information, which may include your IP address, browser information, requested page, and request time, to deliver and secure the site. See Netlify’s privacy statement for more about the provider.
When you email us
We receive the email address, message, and any attachments you choose to send to support@pebblesoftapps.com. We use this information to answer your request and troubleshoot issues. Support email is handled through Microsoft 365 from GoDaddy.
Please send only what is needed for your question. Do not send children’s personal information, passwords, or payment details. You can contact us at the same address to request deletion of support correspondence.
Children and families
This website’s support information is intended for parents and guardians. Children do not need to submit personal information to browse these pages or use Pluki. If you believe a child’s personal information was sent to us, please contact us so we can address it.
External services
Opening an email link uses your email provider. Links to other websites take you to services with their own privacy practices. We do not receive payment details from Apple.
